First we move and protect the heavy pieces of furniture to clear out our work space, we then cover all floors with dropcloths. We fill all nail holes and caulk all joints if painting trim. Cracks, seams and drywall repairs are them completed. We remove all outlet and switch covers and window treatments. If we are painting ceilings (in most cases) we remove the light / ceiling fans and clean them before we reinstall them. We can even install new lights/fans at additional cost. We also remove, clean and paint all cold air return grates.

Once all surfaces are prepped, cleaned and ready for paint, we brush and roll two finish coats of the desired color. We are very careful that all cut in lines are straight and do not leave any misses, sags or drips. We clean up our dropcloths, vaccum or dust and return your furniture to its proper location so you can enjoy your beautiful new paint job for years to come.
