We start by power washing all surfaces to remove all dirt and mildew. We then preform all specified carpentry and repairs. We make every effort to protect your landscaping with dropcloths. We can even trim back overgrown bushes if you are unable. We caulk all joints and seams and fill all recessed nail heads to lock out moisture. Next we scrape all loose and flaking paint and/or feather sand scraped area's to ensure adhesion. We always prime all barewood area's with a product called Peel Stop to seal, protect and help adhesion. We then brush/spray/roll only the finest materials for a beautiful long lasting finish. The paint used is an ICI product called Fortis. Fortis is 4 times thicker then normal high quality paints, it is also a low temp paint and allows us to paint down to 35 degress and it is the paint that we use year round and is the only exterior paint we have ever used. We are very careful about painting when rain is forecast, and after a night of rain we generally like to have a day for drying. Colder weather requires a later morning start and an early quit time. This is not too good for our bottom line, however it is good for yours as this ensures a quality paint job. At any point during the job we will be more than happy to walk around the completed area's with you to inspect the work.
