Precision Painting was established in 2001. We were also featured in the Des Moines Register in the Janurary 2008 Business Pofile. Owned and operated by Dave and Stacie Westrope, a husband and wife team, who were both born in the Des Moines area. We work together to enhance the beauty of your home or business. Precision Painting has provided professional interior and exterior painting services to commercial, retail and residential customers in the Des Moines area for nearly six years. Quality, reliability and creativitly set them apart because they treat your property as if it were their own. Their clientele includes homowners, contractors, interior designers, Realtors and business owners who have come to relay on their integrity in offering the best possible service as well as the attractive and durable finishes provided by Precision Painting.   

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

Dave and Stacie are continually striving to gain the knowledge and training necessary to keep up with the new and current trends in decorating. They have completed several hands on classes which include the North Carolina Academy of Decorating as well as extensive Painting and Decorating Contractors of America (The PDCA) classes. Both also have business degrees and a passion for the business. Prior to focusing on their Precision Painting careers, Dave and Stacie worked for a large painting contractor in North Carlina. Dave managed 65 plus painters and had the overseeing of the carpenters and pressure washers for the company. Stacie worked in the office handling the business end of the company operations. We have a combined 17 years of experience in the industry and know what it takes to get your project done right the first time.

GUARANTEE

All materials and workmanship will be guaranteed for a period of two years. (Some exclusions apply). Precision Painting reserves the right to refuse  to provide service in which no written agreement has been presented.

CANCELLATIONS

You have three days to cancel this agreement, in which your deposit will be refunded.

PAINT ESTIMATES DO NOT INCLUDE

  • Removal or replacement of art work or pictures from the walls.
  • We will not unhook any electronic equipment
  • We will not remove breakables from china cabinets or hutch's
  • Precision Painting can assist in moving large items.

PAYMENTS

DEPOSITS MUST BE RECEIVED IN ORDER TO SECURE A PLACE ON THE SCHEDULE. DEPOSITS WILL BE 15-25% OF THE TOTAL UPON ACCEPTENCE OF THE CONTRACT AND THE REMAINDER OF THE BALANCE IS DUE ON THE DAY THE PROJECT IS COMPLETED UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED. DELIQUENT PAYMENTS WILL VOID ALL GUARANTEES GIVEN BY PRECISION PAINTING.
